Delete your account

You can delete your Sabri account and your information on our server at any time.

Deleting from the app

  1. In the app, tap the Sabri tab at the bottom.
  2. Tap Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. Confirm. The deletion happens immediately and can't be undone.

If you can't access the app

From your account's email address, send an email to hello@selftech.co with the subject “Delete my account”. We will carry out your request within 30 days at the latest and write back to you.

What is deleted

  • Your account information: email address, name, Apple or Google account identifier
  • Session information, notification token and device information (model, operating system and app version)
  • The subscription record on our server and the personal content in subscription events

What remains, and for how long

  • Server backups are kept for 7 days; the backup copy of a deleted account disappears on its own within 8 days at the latest.
  • Security logs (IP address, device information) are kept for at most 30 days.
  • The subscription record at RevenueCat is subject to RevenueCat's own retention period due to financial obligations. If you want it deleted, write to hello@selftech.co.
  • Your plan and logs on your phone are not deleted with the account; to delete them too, use “Start over” in the app or uninstall the app.

Your subscription

Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription. To stop being charged, cancel the subscription from your App Store or Google Play account.
